Mr. B.T. Bangera is presently the Managing Director of Hi-Tech Arai Private Limited, has over 37 years of experience in a broad range of leadership roles across regions and industries.
Prior to the Challenge of Creating an Organization, Hi-Tech Arai Ltd, by taking up an assignment as Managing Director Mr. Bangera has worked for ASEA Brown Boveri Ltd., for over 16 years in various senior positions starting with Technical Assistant to the Managing Director and then Corporate Planning, Systems and Procedures, EDP and as Materials Manager. In 1986, he has joined FENNER INDIA LTD. as General Manager Materials. He holds the degree of Electrical Engineering and is an alumnus of IIM Ahmadabad. From 1990 with a meager sales turnover of Rs.80 Lakhs per annum, the company has now grown under his leadership to over Rs. 1035 Crores. HI-TECH ARAI is now a joint venture company with M/S ARAI SEISAKUSHO CO. LTD & M/S MITSUBISHI CORPORATION, JAPAN.
General Manager - Development & Marketing
Mr.SP. Muralidharan is the GM – Development & Marketing for the Rubber Seal Division of Hi Tech Arai Limited, shortly called SPM in the Organisation. SPM holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has 37 Years of strong Techno-Commercial experience in Product Development and Marketing.
Hi Tech Arai Pvt. Limited, Madurai, South India, is a Joint Venture with Arai Seisakusho Co. Ltd., Japan, and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan.

Closely supported by the Japanese Technical Centre, Hi-Tech Arai Private Limited, has built a sustaining and competent Technology Base to manufacture, Oil seals, Valve stem seals, O Rings, Molded rubber components and Reed valve Assemblies to the highest standards, required by the Automotive Industry. The Superiority and Excellence of Technology, has resulted in Hi-Tech Arai Private Limited, being chosen, as the Principal Source, for all the Critical Components like Oil Seals etc., by the Indian Original Equipment Manufacturers of Scooters, Motor Cycles, Cars, Trucks, Tractors, etc., and also by many leading sub assembly makers of Axles, Shock Absorbers, Struts, Carburettors, Steering Columns and Auto Electrical Accessories like Alternators, Electronic Distributors, etc.,

Our Current Manufacturing Operations are spread in 4 locations with various Production Units at Madurai, TamilNadu with a Turnover of Rs. 1035 Crores. (Jap ¥ 9.8 billion) (US $ 92 million) (FY 2018~2019)
